The Northern Governorate launches the "Biggest Winner" competition among inmates in cooperation with the General Administration of Reform and Rehabilitation.

The Northern Governorate, in collaboration with the General Directorate of Reformation and Rehabilitation, organised an awareness workshop on the impact of mental health on physical well-being at the Reformation and Rehabilitation Centre. The event was attended by the Northern Governor Ali Abdulhussain Al-Asfoor, Director of Social Programmes at the Governorate Mohammed Zaid Abdullah Al-Zayed, several heads of committees involved in the Healthy Cities Programme; and a group of inmates participating in The Biggest Winner competition aimed at combating obesity and smoking.
